Voluntary arbitrator (m/f/d) wanted!
Anyone interested in taking on an honorary position as an arbitrator can contact the City of Eberswalde with immediate effect. We are looking for committed citizens who are resident in Eberswalde and have reached the age of 25. No special prior knowledge is required. Voluntary arbitrators have been conducting arbitration proceedings in contentious civil law matters and conciliation proceedings for the out-of-court settlement of criminal cases in the arbitration centres of the city of Eberswalde for around 30 years.
The new term of office for Arbitration Board II (districts of Eberswalde 1 and Eberswalde 2, Tornow, Sommerfelde, Spechthausen) is to begin immediately following the appointment procedure and will end after five years. The arbitrator is elected by the municipal council and then appointed to office by the director of the Eberswalde district court.
Interested citizens are requested to apply in writing, by telephone or in person to the City of Eberswalde by 30 April 2026.
