Photo exhibition "Iceland" opened in the town hall
On 10 March 2026, the photo exhibition "Iceland" by Thomas Bauer was opened on the gallery floor (2nd floor) of Eberswalde Town Hall. On display are selected works from the photographer's many trips to the island of trolls and fairies. The focus is on the spectacular landscape of the Nordic island state, which is characterised by water, ice and volcanoes. This exhibition invites you to experience the country's diverse nature in its countless facets.
Thomas Bauer was born in Celle/Lower Saxony in 1968 and has lived in Panketal since 2003. In addition to his work as an IT consultant, he also works as a photographer. While he concentrated on analogue technology in his youth, he is now at home with digital photography. In addition to travel and nature photography, he specialises in portrait photography.
The exhibition "Iceland" will be on display from 10 March 2026 until 10 April 2026 and can be viewed free of charge during the regular opening hours of the town hall.
The city of Eberswalde cordially invites all interested citizens to visit the exhibition.
