Impulses for strong families

The "Waldstadtfamilien" competence team offers comprehensive and transparent support for families as a digital counselling and education service from the city of Eberswalde. Educational specialists provide families with expert advice and reliable support in all matters relating to parenting.

Topics from everyday daycare and family life are addressed. Contributions on sleep, anger, media use and changing daycare centres are just a selection of future content.

The "Waldstadtfamilien" service includes monthly blog posts, digital parents' evenings and educational programmes for strong families, providing a reliable point of contact for families in Eberswalde.

The idea originated from the neighbourhood daycare support programme at the Gestiefelter Kater daycare centre in the Brandenburg district. Social pedagogue Aileen Schulze was looking for a way to address the issues of individual parents in a more transparent way and make them available to a larger community of parents. The result was "Waldtstadtfamilien - Impulses for strong families.

Further information and content will follow shortly.
