City of Eberswalde renews lift system in the town hall - barrier-free access temporarily restricted

The city of Eberswalde is investing in accessibility and modern infrastructure. From Tuesday, 12 May 2026, the lift system in the town hall will be extensively modernised. The lift cannot be used during this time. The work is expected to take around three weeks.

Citizens who would like to make an appointment at the Citizens' Office and are dependent on accessibility are asked to register on the hotline 03334 / 64-157 so that individual solutions can be offered.

Appointments at the Office for Daycare Centres and Municipal Primary Schools can be attended as planned, but barrier-free access will not be available during the modernisation. We ask you to bear this in mind when making appointments.
