Eberswalde Family Garden receives new logo: modern, inclusive and future-orientated
After a long time, the Eberswalde Family Garden is getting a new, contemporary logo. The redesign not only creates a fresh visual appearance, but also visualises the further development of the park's content and concept towards an inclusive educational and adventure space.
The family garden is undergoing a transformation from a classic recreation and play area to a place that combines nature, learning and experience in a special way. The changeover to the new logo is an ongoing process that enables the offers to be communicated more clearly and makes the Family Garden more recognisable. The clear, reduced design language also enables flexible use in digital and analogue media.
"The new logo allows us to emphasise the unique selling point of our family garden: A natural play and adventure landscape embedded in Brandenburg's industrial culture. The new logo and the subsequent advertising measures will help to ensure that this unusual combination becomes much better known than before," says Bernd Schlüter, Head of Social Affairs, Order and Culture.
The new logo combines an abstract playhouse with the striking industrial towers of the old rolling mill. Through the targeted mix of industrial elements in the figurative mark and the playful accentuation in the word mark, the logo conveys the message of openness, inclusion and diversity of experience. It signals: The family garden is a place for all generations, where nature, education and play are interwoven.
The new colour concept symbolises the different themed areas of the park
- Lemon green: Growth, nature education, discovery
- Old pink: creativity, events
- Dark green: Sustainability, quality
- Sage green: Tranquillity, recreation, family proximity
The "redesign" sharpens the tourist profile of the family garden, supports marketing, events and educational work and ensures clear visual communication within the city's corporate design. Various icons and the flexible colour scheme also enable a targeted approach to the different thematic areas; from play and adventure to creative offers to rest and relaxation.
