Update of the telephone system for more security and stability on 13 May 2026

Due to a necessary technical update of the central telephone system, the Eberswalde city administration will not be available by telephone on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, from 1 pm until probably into the afternoon hours. This affects all telephone numbers of the city administration that begin with the digits (03334) 64.

Availability by email will not be affected. The respective office hours can also take place as usual.

With this update, the city of Eberswalde is investing in the modernisation of its communication technology. We ask all citizens to take note of the restrictions and thank you for your understanding.
