Raffle "Eberswalder" voucher

Participation in the City of Eberswalde competition is possible from a purchase value of €10 in a participating shop and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.

Participation in the competition is possible on 28.11 and 29.11.2025 and from 1.12 to 6.12.2025, 12 noon.

To take part in the competition, a purchase of €10.00 or more is possible in the participating shops in the town of Eberswalde. Participants will receive one stamp per purchase of €10.00 or more. Only one stamp is possible per purchase and shop. The stamp card is issued with the first purchase and as soon as it is filled with 4 stamps, it can be handed in at one of the participating shops. From the moment the completed stamp card is handed in, you will receive the stamp card number and will be entered into the prize draw.

The document with the number must be kept and presented at the draw.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Stamp cards received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

Stamp card for viewing:

Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to regular customers of the participating shops.

If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the city reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair behaviour or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The following prizes will be awarded:

#WIN 3# (1 Eberswalde voucher worth €100.00)

The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants. For this purpose, the three winners will be drawn from all stamp cards.

The winners of the prize draw will be drawn and announced on 6 December 2025 at 16:30 on the stage of the Christmas market in Eberswalde.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner or the winner's legal representative on presentation of the stamp number. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected at a later date or paid out in cash.

Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner.

If the winner does not respond after two requests, the prize can be collected by 12 December 2025, 12 noon from Office E at Michaelisstraße 10, 16225 Eberswalde on presentation of the tear-off stamp card.

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

No personal data is required to enter the competition.

The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of the stamp card number. This includes the publication of the winner's stamp card number on the website of the City of Eberswalde and its social media platforms.

The participant can revoke his/her declared consent to participate at any time and refuse the prize. The cancellation must be sent in writing to wirtschaft@eberswalde.de or by post to Stadt Eberswalde, Amt für Wirtschaftsförderung, Breite Straße 41-44, 16225 Eberswalde. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.

The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
