District administrator election 2026

The election results of the run-off election can be viewed on election Sundayfrom approx. 6 pm herecan be viewed here.

As no candidate achieved the necessary majority in the main election on 19 April 2026a run-off election will be held on 10 May 2026.

On this day, all Eberswalde residents who are eligible to vote can go to one of 37 polling stations.

It will also be possible to vote by postal ballot.

From now on, all eligible voters can use the postal voting centre in the town hall at Breite Straße 41-44 in 16225 Eberswalde to collect their postal voting documents and cast their postal vote on the spot. The postal voting centre is located on the 2nd floor in room 206 and is open as follows

mondays from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m

tuesdays from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m

wednesdays from 8 am - 12 pm

thursdays from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m

fridays from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. (on 08 May 2026 from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.).

Postal voting documents

Postal voting documents can now also be ordered electronicallyherehere.

Postal voting documents can also be applied for in writing or by email, stating your surname, first name, date of birth and home address (street, house number, postcode, town).
