Complete closure of Treidelweg in the Erna-Bürger-Weg area

With immediate effect, the section of the towpath between Erna-Bürger-Weg and Brückenstraße must be completely closed.

During a special inspection of the Treidelweg/Finow Canal beneath the bridge near Erna-Bürger-Weg, it was established that the Treidelweg is no longer structurally sound and must be closed for road safety reasons.

Further investigations will follow. Taking the results of these investigations into account, renovation measures will be determined and implemented, subject to the availability of funding. The exact duration of the closure cannot therefore be specified at present.

A diversion is signposted and runs via Erna-Bürger-Weg towards Wolfswinkler Straße, along Wolfswinkler Straße and Angermünder Straße to the roundabout, and then onto the existing diversion via Mühlenstraße and Altenhofer Straße back to the towpath.

All road users are asked to observe the traffic restrictions.
