New: Baby gift box from the town of Eberswalde
From 15 October 2026,all parents in Eberswalde with a newborn will receive a personalised baby gift box filled with little surprises.
With every birth, Eberswalde gains a new face. To mark this occasion, the City of Eberswalde has come up with something very special: all parents in Eberswalde with a newborn will receive a personalised baby gift box, filled with little surprises.
The gift box contains small tokens designed to welcome the new arrival and to help parents get off to a good start in family life, such as information on the social services offered by the town of Eberswalde. For the baby, the box contains little socks featuring the town’s design. With the Ewald motif on their little feet, they’ll be perfectly equipped to explore Eberswalde. A comfort blanket – featuring Ewald, of course – can accompany them on their first outings or simply be used for cuddles. For later on, or for older siblings, coloured pencils and a colouring book from the town of Eberswalde offer creative colouring fun for the whole family. The gift box is rounded off with a personal letter from Mayor Götz Herrmann.
